1 hour to 6 week packages - Free consultation, £75 per hour or £1,000 for 6 weeks with unlimited SOS calls.
Our Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor is also a qualified Transformational Coach Practitioner. Having once been a sufferer of stress, anxiety, depression and panic attacks for over 18 years, Lee discovered how to find the Zen in his own life. With love, kindness and a true passion to help others transform the stress in their own lives, he now provides a free consultation and a variety of options to help you navigate the challenges in your own life.
